Where necessary, this includes the design and installation of sheet piling and other essential load-bearing temporary support works to complete the excavations. Schemes can be planned to client construction phase requirements to provide cost effective solutions that incorporate the permanent foundation design and building process.
To meet the large increase in the redevelopment of brownfield sites, J Freeley Ltd also offers a full remediation package utilising both traditional and bio-remediation methods, which are increasingly important with today’s focus on sustainability. We can treat contaminated materials on site but we also have access to major landfill sites for their removal, should this be required.
