Demolition of 4 blocks of four-storey maisonettes, link bridges, 70 garages on Lower Falinge Estate, Rochdale, and an adjoining industrial building to make way for new family homes and outside space.
Scope of Works:
· Substantial asbestos removal works before demolition, including asbestos cement roof sheets
· Fully secured and enclosed site with Heras fencing fixed with debris netting
· Erection of scaffolding with debris netting
· Internal strip out of buildings, including removal of furniture and stored items
· Planned and carefully controlled demolition of maisonette blocks and garages
· Demolition of the industrial building
· Dust suppression
· Traffic management
